Embrace Your Heart™ Challenge Lunch and Learn Program:
What stands between you and a healthy lifestyle? Time? A Plan? Motivation?
In the Embrace Your Heart Challenge, Eliz walks participants through a 100 day program to
develop an active lifestyle.
In this 45 to 60 minute program participants will:
- Discover how to use habit and reward to create an active lifestyle.
- Understand what motivates change.
- Learn what is a reasonable daily activity goal.
Discover tricks to fit activity into a busy day:
- Use ordinary activities
- Use steps
- Use chunks of activity
- Get help
- Mix it up
- Determine how to keep track of progress.
- Make a plan to reward success.
- Understand the ultimate pay-off of an active lifestyle.
This program is designed for in-the-workplace seminars. It was developed for women, but men find
success as well. The Lunch and Learn program includes a workbook for each participant and works well
for groups of 10 - 100.
