Embrace Your Heart™ Challenge Lunch and Learn Program:

What stands between you and a healthy lifestyle? Time? A Plan? Motivation?

In the Embrace Your Heart Challenge, Eliz walks participants through a 100 day program to
develop an active lifestyle.

In this 45 to 60 minute program participants will:

  • Discover how to use habit and reward to create an active lifestyle.
  • Understand what motivates change.
  • Learn what is a reasonable daily activity goal.
    Discover tricks to fit activity into a busy day:
    • Use ordinary activities
    • Use steps
    • Use chunks of activity
    • Get help
    • Mix it up
    • Determine how to keep track of progress.
    • Make a plan to reward success.
  • Understand the ultimate pay-off of an active lifestyle.

This program is designed for in-the-workplace seminars. It was developed for women, but men find
success as well. The Lunch and Learn program includes a workbook for each participant and works well
for groups of 10 - 100.
