Often health care providers are unaware of the unique challenges women face when dealing with the interventions, medications and teatments for heart disease -- mostly becasue women don't talk about them with their physicians.
Drawing on personal experience and hunderds of hours of interviews with female heart patients, Eliz provides the Patient's Perspective on Women Living with Heart Disease in several formats:
Physicians Dinner:
Perfect for cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and electrophysiologists. Eliz explores the day-to-day impact of treatments, interventions and medications in a relaxed, conversational style.
Referring Physician's Forum:
In partnership with a physician, Eliz walks primary care and ObGyn physicians through how to help female patients face risk factors and deal with diagnoses.
