Participants discover how to develop healthy lifestyles by making good choices, celebrating those choices and avoiding shame when they don’t succeed.
Learn how to engage their health by facing and understanding their risk of cardiovascular disease. Presentations are tailored for each community.

Women's Health Symposium and Physician's Education Programs:

Drawing on personal experience and hundreds of hours of interviews with female heart patients, Eliz provides the Patient’s Perspective on Women Living with Heart Disease.

Eliz breaks down the walls and gives health care professionals a view into what it is really like to be a woman living with heart disease. Choose an intimate evening program for physicians or a day-long seminar on women's health highlighting your community's resources. Topics are customized to fulfill each community's individual needs.
