Champions are brave!
Embrace Your Heart™ Champions are women who have survived a heart attack or stoke, had surgery or other intervention or were diagnosed with life-threatening cardiovascular disease.
Embrace Your Heart™ Champions do not take their diagnosis lying-down, but rather fight back making changes to ensure their health. In addition, they bravely stand up against the stigma of heart disease and share their stories to make a difference.
