Change has begun: Federal Tobacco Tax Increase

After years of letter writing, e-mail sending, and legislative office visits, yesterday, without much hand-wringing or fanfare, the federal tobacco tax was increased by 62 cents per pack!
This is great news – as we know when tobacco tax increases:

adults quit smoking
children don’t start
