This month you can hardly turn around without seeing a Valentine heart.  When you see one, take a moment to think about what you are doing to take care of yourself and your heart.  Celebrate during February by making a commitment to moving more, smoking less, eating better or managing your stress.  Little steps this month will lead you down the path to good health!
